Exe Gran Hotel Almenar, Las Rozas de Madrid

The hotel had a mixed experience with noisy rooms but spacious and cozy with a balcony, yet the service was a bit disappointing despite some friendly and helpful staff. The location was suitable for a short stop, and the dining options were enjoyable at a good price.

The hotel is situated in a practical location near the highway, ideal for those with a car or taking the train. The rooms need serious maintenance to match a 4-star rating but offer significant space, almost like having 2 rooms in one for the quadruple room. While the dining is excellent value, particularly the Spanish continental breakfast, the coffee might not meet everyone's expectations.

The hotel is not ideally located and quite far from the city center, making it inconvenient for walking around in search of a restaurant. However, it's near the train station and about 15km from the city center. The rooms were warm upon arrival, which isn't responsible in terms of the environment, despite requesting a quiet one. The service was not welcoming and somewhat rude, with minimal efforts to make guests feel comfortable. On the positive side, the dining experience offered a plentiful buffet at a great value.

The hotel offers lovely, large rooms with a modern feel, although not cozy. The breakfast is good, and the neighborhood is quiet with easy access to M40 and free indoor parking. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable.
